The retreat has been blessed with remarkable leadership that has paved the way for its success over the past 46 years! However, it’s the attendees who truly bring the retreat to life. Sister Susie Doswell dedicated many years as executive director, while Sister Shirley McCain served as President and tirelessly raised funds, among many other contributions. Both women embodied the spirit of outreach, ensuring that every woman and girl felt welcomed to join our annual gathering.
Celebrating our rich legacy through giving back!
Their commitment included finding ways to support those in need financially, reflecting their deep passion for reaching as many women and girls as possible for Christ's cause. As we honor their invaluable contributions, we are excited to offer financial assistance to those who may need it. Please note that applications must be submitted by April 1, 2025, or until available funds have been exhausted—whichever comes first.

Offering financial assistance for the retreat is vital because it ensures that all women and girls, regardless of their economic situation, have the opportunity to experience this transformative weekend. Many attendees have shared how this support has made a significant difference in their lives, allowing them to connect with others, find inspiration, and grow spiritually in a nurturing environment. By removing financial barriers, we foster a more inclusive community where everyone can benefit from fellowship, encouragement, and the shared mission of uplifting one another in faith. Your support helps us continue this important work and reach even more women who are seeking connection and growth.
Your support is crucial to the success of the Annual Christian Women's Retreat and its initiatives. Your contributions enable us to provide scholarships, resources, and opportunities that empower participants and foster community connections.
